Creating Partnerships and Sustainability within a Diabetes Care Program in a Free Community Student-Run Clinic Serving Latin American Migrants

Key Outcomes:
Of the 805 patients, 732 (91%) did not meet the criteria of being diabetic to be included in the program, while 72 (9%) were eligible for our program. We established an immigration law clinic with our UC Hastings partnership that we hope to start enrolling patients into in Fall 2022 in addition to a physical therapy clinic.
