Key Outcomes:
1. Provide staff training to reduce stigma & microagressions, as well as educate about Substance Use Disorder as a chronic relapsing condition.
2. Continue working with the Dorchester community to normalize Substance Use Disorder as a treatable condition.
3. Provide culturally sensitive care to patients to reduce internalized & externalized stigma.
